Grabbing and holding the attention of a retail merchandising executive or category manager is challenging, but we cut through with this campaign. Rather than bore the retailer with an academic explanation of why new ripening and handling standards need to be embraced in their chain, we decided to have the customers themselves offer the persuasion. Not only did this campaign win awards, but also our client’s customers told them this was the most effective creative effort they had seen in the category.
